It seems like there are only two people running it in total: a somewhat hard-to-describe director who is either honest or blunt, and a kind staff member. There were quite strict standards for reservations and during the procedure process, and during the procedure they kept checking my condition as they went. However, because it was non-sedated, they did not completely scrape everything out, and I think a little fat was left behind.
