I had a consultation for nose surgery. The doctor and staff were very kind. Honestly, I did not feel any professionalism when I met with the director. Also, when I consulted with the surgeon, it was nice that they were kind, but until I asked which millimeter silicone would be used during surgery, it felt like they were treating me as if, "You probably would not understand anyway," which annoyed me a bit.
