Maybe because they do a lot of events, there were also a lot of people, and I do not think they explained things in a very detailed way. There is not much to explain about hair removal, though.. The waiting time was a bit long and it felt hectic. Still, I got the laser treatment, so I will wait and see whether it works. I do not have folliculitis or any other abnormal symptoms.
