The director was kind, but the consultation manager pushed an expensive filler, and that filler was pricier than market rates at other clinics. Even though I said it was expensive, they kept saying I had to use that one and that anything else would turn out badly, so I ended up going with the expensive option. The director was kind, but I felt cheated, so I was in a bad mood.
