Honestly, I do not know if they are especially kind or if they provide good aftercare. My nose was a bulbous nose, and it did improve somewhat. But my nose is crooked and there are serious scars on the alar and the columella, so even though it has been a long time, the scars are still visible. T_T I do not know how things are these days, but I had it done a long time ago, so I am going to get a revision surgery.
