I had a consultation a long time ago for nose surgery. The atmosphere was generally comfortable for the consultation. They also gave me a bit of a discount, and at the time they said they would throw in skin laser treatment as a service. I had even made a surgery reservation, but I suddenly got scared of the operation and canceled it.
