I had the consultation in this order: manager - director - manager. The manager was kind, and the director was a bit aloof, but made me feel comfortable and, while diagnosing my eye condition, pointed out exactly which surgeries were needed. It looked professional and I liked the line. Still, I am worried because it seems like they do relatively few surgeries in a day.
