I consulted with [Doctor A] about revision eye surgery. [Doctor B] said there were no event discounts at all, so I consulted with someone else, but they very firmly said that even if I had revision surgery, it would not work. They said it was due to my original skeletal asymmetry, so there was nothing that could be done and it would not really be helpful. I was surprised because the diagnosis was completely different from the other clinics. The other consultation coordinators seemed kind.
