Partial incision with fat removal, then buried sutures. The gap between my eyes and brows is close, so they could not make the line very high, but now, 8 months later, it feels natural. They seemed to recommend medial epicanthoplasty to everyone, but I refused. Since my lacrimal caruncle was already quite visible, I would have messed it up if I had done it.
