I remember making a same-day reservation, going there, waiting a bit, and then going in. The doctor pointed out exactly which surgeries were needed, but did not feel especially warm or affectionate. They recommended eye correction, natural adhesion, and front canthoplasty, and drew the line for me. I went to about 6 hospitals, and this was the line I liked the most.
