The worst consultation ever. When the manager was consulting me, instead of even looking at my face and trying to listen properly, she was writing down what I said furiously with a pencil and only looking at the paper. Zero communication. When I said the doctor was in consultations, she started with, "So I am not the one you are getting treated by?" and even when I asked questions, she was careless and just kept saying she would need to open both sides to know. There is an event discount if you post the event ad on Instagram. The manager even sent me a message after the consultation with my name written wrong lol. That kind of attitude made her seem completely indifferent and uninterested.
