Before surgery: full H / After surgery: E / 5 years since surgery During the surgery, they empathized with me so warmly and seemed so sincere that I booked right away after my first consultation visit. Looking back now, I’m grateful for the empathy, but the consultation was seriously lacking in professionalism. Even up until right before the operation, including the manager and the director, I kept emphasizing that I wanted full C, and I even wrote desired cup size full C on the consent form right before surgery. It was an unusually large case, but I still wonder why they made it sound like everything would be possible during the consultation. After the surgery, being told that reducing it any further would have been risky was honestly so disappointing. Aftercare consisted of two hospital visits to check the condition and then taping, and that was it. Sensation has been lost by about 70%. The scar is not as bad as I expected, but the breast shape feels unnatural, and especially the areola shape is extremely uneven, almost about twice the difference. I complained about this six months later by sending photos to the hospital, but all I got was that I would need to discuss it with the director and that there would be a cost if I had revision surgery. I was so disappointed at that point that even now the stitches keep poking out, but I just live with it. I was very depressed, and now I have basically given up on my breasts. Compared with what I was told during consultation and the amount I paid, I was far too disappointed.
