The doctor here seems to prefer surgeries that turn out naturally, so mine became extremely natural in an in-line style. It looks almost like a hidden double eyelid, so the crease is not very noticeable. I also wanted to remove some fat above the eyes, but the doctor advised against it, saying my eyes would look sunken with age if the fat was removed, so I could not have it removed. But now that I think about it, I kind of wish I had just had it removed. If you want a bigger double eyelid, you need to clearly say that you want it bigger.
