When I first went for a consultation, the wait was quite long. I think I waited about two hours in total, and the consultation coordinator was very kind and nice. I got a double-eyelid consultation with Director Park Yong-sik, and among the five clinics I consulted, he explained things the most thoroughly and carefully. He is not especially gentle in manner, but he explains things extremely well. The reason I did not have surgery here was that it was a bit more expensive than the others, and although the doctor was good, it felt like he did not fully understand my needs exactly. T_T
