I went in for a consultation about protruding mouth. Another hospital had also recommended double-jaw surgery, but they said it was mild enough that protruding-mouth surgery could still help, and I was also planning on contour surgery, which they advised against. It seems they do not recommend surgeries that are unnecessary or may not be very effective..
