Just booking a consultation made them say I had to wait two months, and the consultation itself felt very much like commercial marketing, so I was not impressed from the start. Even famous plastic surgery clinics were not this bad... It felt like they were deliberately scheduling appointments late. Like they wanted to make people think they had lots of customers. It felt like commercial marketing. The hospital was large and nice. The director seemed to have expertise as well. But it felt like they had a bit too much of their own preference instead of what the patient wanted.
