Director Mankun seems to be moody. I remembered that he had been kind when he consulted me before, so I went back for another consultation, but when I asked something, he seemed to think it was an illogical question that did not make sense to him, and said it was not possible. After that, he answered in a completely perfunctory way, and the consultation ended in about 5 minutes. I went there thinking about surgery, so I was extremely disappointed.
