I started at 34 cm at first, had botox 2 to 3 times, and had recession treatment two or three times, so I was told that progress might take a long time, and I decided to start in that state..! They recommended two options, both with the stage 4 dose, the largest amount. It was 5 visits over a total of 3 to 5 months. Option 1: in the 5 million won range - stage 4 dose of the chongal injection (usually the injection used for the outer part of the gastrocnemius) After all 5 visits, they would inject the soleus only up to twice. I had the soleus protruding because of compensatory development from recession treatment. Option 2: 8.25 million won - stage 4 dose of the chongal injection, all 5 visits completed, and during all 5 visits they would inject the soleus as much as needed, without limit, according to how much it protruded. At first I worried a lot, but since it was expensive anyway, I decided to extend the installment plan and chose the 8.25 million won soleus + chongal package for sure results. After the first session, the circumference decreased by 2 cm, and after the second session it decreased by another 2 cm. I came for the third session this time, and after today's treatment I switched from size M compression stockings to size XS.. Wearing them every day is annoying, but the effect is really significant... It is worth the money. The first treatment was in July last year, the second in December, and the third treatment was in March this year. After three sessions, the 4 cm circumference effect is really huge. If I do not wear the compression garment, it swells a bit, so it may go up and down by 1 cm, and after losing 3 kg it seems to have come down more easily too, probably because the load it has to support got lighter. But the doctor says I should lose a bit more weight until I am leaner, about 2 kg more, because that will make the injections around the inner gastrocnemius more effective too... Losing weight is so hard, that is the problem. Anyway, the effect is big, but the cost is expensive. Also, for about 1 to 2 months, it feels uncomfortable, like it is not my own leg. It is hard to walk, so you may walk in a power-walking style or have trouble lifting onto your toes, so exercising can be inconvenient. But after two months, it does gradually come back. For one or two months, walking is inconvenient.
