First of all, the injections themselves work really well, so I've been going there even though it's expensive. But the doctor has a really strange and unique personality. It's weird that he absolutely won't let you turn around, and if you cancel one Saturday appointment, then after that Saturday appointments are completely impossible, and so on. The rules feel really strict. He also speaks very brusquely and even talks informally.
And the dieting obsession is really intense. They don't even measure body composition, they just weigh you and use that alone to demand that you lose enough to get a pencil-thin body. If you're in your early 160 cm range, they say the first digit has to be 4 no matter what.. It feels like they don't care about health at all and just want to turn your legs into toothpicks..? I prefer a body that has a decent amount of curves overall, with a little bit of thigh, but if you only listen to what they say, it feels like they want to make you pathologically skinny. Also, the doctor says things that are so different from conventional diet knowledge that I don't really trust it.. It's just that the injections work so well that I can't quit.. They even say not to exercise. They say exercise doesn't make you lose weight, it just makes your legs thicker..? They say if you don't exercise and don't eat anything after 4 p.m., you'll lose weight.. Even if that might work short term, unless you keep that eating habit for life, you'll definitely rebound.. I understand saying not to eat flour, but telling me to restrict protein too makes no sense.. What am I supposed to eat then.. How can anyone live forever on only greens.. I don't know whether other doctors would agree with this opinion. I only keep going because the injections work so well, so I try to just let those comments go in one ear and out the other. Even without doing that, I'm already satisfied with the effect and my legs have gotten much prettier.
