The wait was long. It was peak season, so I waited more than an hour, but the staff and the manager were kind. They said double eyelid correction was definitely necessary and explained the eye's brightness. But rather than a consultation about what would suit my eyes and which line would look good, it felt more like a consultation saying that if I got double eyelid surgery I would be amazing, so I did not trust it.
