It was clear they had quite a career, so their pride was strong. Thanks to the many reviews, I trusted them, but they looked too busy, so I felt they might not be able to care for me properly one by one. Honestly, I was so overawed by the director that I could not ask all my questions. The price was also much more expensive than I expected. If I had had a little more money, I would have considered it.
