I think I visited about twice. It depends on who handles the consultation, but they seem to try to be kind. Since I know nothing at all about procedures, I ask questions, and some people seemed annoyed and answered casually. But the person who took the pre-procedure photos and guided me into the treatment room was very rude, and I remember saying something about it. The director was just so-so. Not especially kind, and since they were busy, they just sketched it out, gave the injection, and left.
