I got 5 sessions of upper-lip laser hair removal for 10. The director was kind, and the front desk staff were kind too. Before the laser hair removal, they asked whether I wanted numbing cream and then proceeded with it. The female doctor gave a strong impression of just wanting to rush through it carelessly and finish. She seemed a bit bothered.. The front desk was kind.
