It is the very definition of a factory-style clinic. I go because it is cheap, but even with a reservation the waiting time is too long, and making a reservation is hard too... The only time you see the doctor is for a very brief moment while the procedure is being done. Everything else is just talking with the nurses. I recommend doing simple procedures like Botox here, but for anything important, go somewhere else.
