I had incision double-eyelid correction in 2014. The hospital is clean, the staff are friendly, and it's a nice place. I got a student discount, so it was inexpensive. Even though it was an incision surgery, it turned out really well without looking obvious. But.. I asked them to make it a narrow inner double eyelid, and they ended up making an in-out line. It would be good for people who want an in-out line...
