Factory-like. At first I went there a lot because it was cheap, but as appointments piled up, the waiting time got longer and longer, I got annoyed, the procedures got shorter, and I stopped going. Once, when I was getting Shurink, the medical staff kept firing it at only one spot, so my mouth would not move. They said that if it goes in strongly, there could be numbness around the lips. Shurink is not supposed to be a procedure that hurts like that... The staff seemed like it was their very first time doing Shurink. The contract doctor is the problem. And the consultation manager recommended what I wanted, but I firmly said no. I just said I will only do this one. Then she rolled her eyes, just kept typing on the keyboard, and said, yes, I understand, I will help with payment up front. That behavior really made me feel terrible. If you want to be treated in a cheap place while feeling bad, go there. Still, there was also a good consultation manager.
