I got under-jaw gland botox, and for a month I suffered because swallowing felt uncomfortable. I looked it up and found that it was a side effect of salivary gland botox affecting the swallowing muscles. The discomfort eased over time, but I do not plan to get botox here again. The other procedures are cheap, which is nice, but for any additional procedure you have to consult the manager first, and in my experience the average consultation wait time is about 1 hour, so I would not recommend it for busy people.
