The staff were pretty kind. For Botox, I said I did not want a peanut-shaped face and asked them not to hollow out my side cheeks, and I was satisfied with the forehead, glabella, and chin Botox. It seems cost-effective. I was also satisfied with 5 sessions of hair-removal laser. I plan to go again for Botox. It is crowded, and there was no female doctor on Saturdays, which was disappointing T_T
