For my first surgery, I had epicanthoplasty, eye correction, lower outer and lower inner canthoplasty, and double-eyelid surgery (semi-out). I ended up with an overlapping crease and the lower outer canthoplasty opening up on one eye, so they agreed to do aftercare. They re-stitched it back to my original double-eyelid shape (inner-out) and the opened lower outer canthoplasty on one eye, but it opened up again... The doctor was kind and I am really grateful that they tried to take care of it until the end, but I am so tired that I am now looking into reoperation at another clinic.
