You consult in the order of doctor first, then manager. I really liked that only the doctor did the eye analysis. The manager only handled the price consultation! Both the doctor and the manager were kind. Also, the director has a very sharp eye. He immediately picked out the features of my face that only I knew about. I visited because an acquaintance said the results were good and that they perform surgery carefully, and I really felt I could trust them. In particular, unlike other hospitals, it seemed like they were doing well through word of mouth rather than promotion. Also, the fact that there is only one director and that they said they perform double eyelid surgery without general anesthesia made me trust them more.
