A small and simple hospital. Here, the consultation with the director was more substantial and helpful than the consultation with the coordinator. During the director's consultation, they said the issue was more the deep buccal fat area than the buccal fat pad, and the zygomatic area would be a concern because it might sag. If I did it, they said they would remove it with a cannula. But they only seemed to look at the face roughly rather than actually touch and assess the patient's face. I wasn't confident it would turn out well even if I had the surgery.
