The staff were kind, and the director explains things in an easy-to-understand way. They also look inside the nose while you are sitting in a chair like at an ENT clinic. I am a bit short on cartilage, so they said I would need costal cartilage, which makes the price feel quite high. Costal cartilage also leaves a scar, and I am a bit scared of it, so I am thinking a lot about it. For reference, there is no parking lot, so you have to use a paid parking lot nearby.
