Personally, I thought I had a lot of eyelid fat and a bit of sagging, so I believed incision surgery was absolutely necessary, but the doctor recommended buried sutures because I was still young. So I got a bit of gestalt collapse and hesitated, then had incision surgery at another hospital, and now I slightly regret not having done buried sutures here.. The doctor said they were confident they could keep the buried sutures from loosening, but Anyway, the consultation with the doctor was really kind and detailed, so I was grateful lol.
