He said it wasn't a difficult operation and that, unlike other places, they wouldn't use nasal packing or a splint. In any case, he seemed confident, and he said he would use ear cartilage for the nasal tip and file the bone rather than doing osteotomy, but that differed from the direction I want, so I'm looking into other places. There was no consultation fee, and overall it was fine.
