I had double eyelid surgery here a few years ago, and they made it natural and didn't overdo the eye correction.. My eyelid-opening strength was weak to begin with, so after a few years the double-eyelid line has faded on me, but my friend who had surgery with me had an ordinary result and still has the line outside the double eyelid fold, and hers turned out better than mine. Overall, they seem to aim for a natural look.
