I went at a time on a weekday when there were supposed to be the fewest people, but there was still a wait... Still, it was the longest consultation I had among the places I visited, so that was good! I emphasized that I hated anything obvious and just wanted it to look natural, but they said that if I wanted my nose to look natural, even with no implant they might still need to add a little silicone. That would mean opening the nose completely, and I did not want to go that far, so I deliberated about it, then found a place that could do it without incision and had the surgery there
