The doctor just gave the necessary explanation about what would be done~ I consulted with the manager before the procedure I went during a busy period, and even though I had a reservation, the wait was too long, so that was a bit... The staff were kind, and the facility was clean~ It was a simple procedure, so I was just satisfied.
