They said I had sleepy eyes and that I was opening my eyes with my forehead, and that in reality the distance between my eyes is not particularly wide. If I wanted the same look as in the photos, they recommended a forehead lift; otherwise they said there was no choice but to make the line thin.

During the director consultation, they measured my eyes with a ruler while talking. They said my skin was thick and I had little fat. They recommended incision, and recommended a thin line different from the photo I brought, probably considering balance with my face, eye shape and size, and skin type.
Even if the line is made as high as possible, buried or incision surgery is possible only up to 7 mm to 7.5 mm; from 8 mm onward, incision is mandatory. The director recommended 7 mm to 7.5 mm. Ptosis correction was recommended because the lifting strength in my eyes is weak and I have the habit of opening my eyes with my forehead, so even if I do ptosis correction, if I keep using my forehead to open my eyes it will go back. Forehead Botox was recommended. Because my epicanthic folds are severe, they said the inner corners need to be opened a lot, but fortunately my interbrow distance is wide enough, so it should be fine.
The director consultation was the longest.. It felt like the director consultation was longer than the consultation with the coordinator. It felt like they were trying to make it suit my face as much as possible. But the recommendation for forehead Botox was a bit.. anyway, I already knew there was a problem with how I open my eyes.

Because both local anesthesia and sedation anesthesia during double eyelid surgery can strain the heart, they told me to definitely bring a diagnosis letter and confirmation from the heart clinic where I get checkups. I think I waited over an hour just for the director consultation. For the first time, they said I might not need to go all the way to incision and recommended natural adhesion. But after looking at other review photos, I saw they recommend natural adhesion to everyone else too. Severe epicanthic folds. Need epicanthoplasty. Weak eye-opening strength. Ptosis correction + fat removal. They even drew the line by themselves and didn't show me... Later I waited for the director and got to see the line once. Maybe they were extremely busy, but it was obvious the director wanted to finish the consultation quickly. I waited the longest but it ended the fastest. After going to ㄴㅅㅎ, this was the next clinic, so from this point I started asking about the ventricular septal defect. They told me to bring a diagnosis letter.

Overall review So far, there hasn't been a clinic I fully liked. In each case, some parts were satisfactory and other parts were not. But if I had to choose among them, it would probably be ㄴㅅㅎ. Since I do have a heart condition, it was the only place that paid attention to that first, so it was definitely the most reassuring. (I am absolutely not an advertising promoter or broker. The line at ㄴㅅㅎ was too natural for my taste, so I don't like it. I still have 7 clinics left on my list.) I still have 7 clinics left to go... I plan to look around more and then decide. As for timing, I'm not in a hurry, and I'm thinking of the surgery date as March, so I will take my time to research and choose, so that wasn't a consideration during the consultations. I wrote this review of the clinic visits in as much detail as possible, but it's kind of long... After I visit the remaining clinics, I'll come back with another clinic review.
