Maybe the director was busy that day, because I waited a long time before finally meeting them. I was told to take off my glasses when I went into the consultation room, so I was waiting there, but they did not come for 5 minutes, and in the end I put my glasses back on.. They were wearing surgical clothes, and looked so exhausted that I felt sorry for them and found myself speaking carefully. So I talked more with the manager, and they were cheerful and nice. But I do not understand why they took before photos of a first-time visitor that day even though I had not made a reservation. I did not feel great.. The director did not use those photos.. They did not even explain using those photos to me, and just said they would do it this way..
