I went in for a consultation because I wanted double eyelid surgery. The reviews looked pretty good too. I visited on a weekday, and there was some waiting; probably because it was peak season, there were a lot of people at the clinic. While speaking with the director, I had prepared a fairly detailed list of questions before coming, and they explained everything in detail. The staff were generally kind as well.
