The doctor first asked me how I wanted things improved, and then helped decide how the line would turn out. They did not identify the problem before I said anything, but they raised my expectations by explaining how the area I was worried about could be improved. Since it is a newly established hospital, the facilities were clean and there were not many people waiting.
