I had removal surgery for a complication from under-eye fat grafting. I had gotten it done at another hospital before, but it was not completely removed, so I went after searching online, and I had the surgery right away that same day. Honestly, because the removal was done through the skin, I was worried a scar might remain, but thankfully now, one year later, I cannot see any scar at all, and it looks like about 90% of the transplanted fat inside was removed, so I am more than satisfied lol
