I had injections there a long time ago, and it was not bad. The doctor was kind and gave the shot well without making it hurt, but later it definitely spread. If it were a thread filler like people use these days, it might have spread less, but back then there was nothing like that, so it spread sideways a lot. Now it has been so long that it seems like it has all gone away.
