After Before After After Before I had it done on September 7, and I'm 2 weeks post-op! The tip of my nose is still a bit plump, but how does the swelling look?? The tension in my nasal skin was good, so I went with autologous costal cartilage without using ear cartilage. I had honestly been worried because I had only seen lots of ear cartilage reviews on YouTube and places like that, but it really didn't hurt, I washed everything I needed to wash, and I went around eating meals deliciously.
I also had fat grafting, so a lot of people tell me my face looks smaller. How does it look?
