Eye Surgery Considerations

Cheongdam Byul Community Review

I had non-incisional tip rhinoplasty two weeks ago. It was my first cosmetic surgery, and I was drawn in by the ad saying it would be done non-incisionally, so I went there. When I consulted with the doctor and the consultation manager, they showed a lot of confidence in non-incisional nose surgery and even used the word permanent, but the result is asymmetrical, and the nostrils are extremely uneven. During the surgery they removed all the nose hairs, so breathing was fine for a week, but now that the nose hair is growing back, it is hard to breathe if there is even a little bit of dried mucus. The right nostril is so bent that even my little finger cannot go in. I was doing this nose surgery for the first time to relieve stress, but now I am so stressed. Even before the surgery, the consultation manager came into the waiting room and said they wanted to crop and blur my face a bit and upload it to their website, and that they would really take care of me, so I agreed. But the result is uneven left and right, and I cannot breathe through the right side of my nose. After the surgery ended, I looked in the mirror and noticed that I had a very slight dorsal hump, but it looked even more pronounced. Then the doctor said a filler would be needed to smooth out the shape and called the consultation manager back in. The consultation manager said I would have to pay another 500,000 won. But I had already finished the consultation and payment. I was completely baffled. I had already paid 2.2 million won including VAT for the non-incisional J nose surgery, and then they told me to pay again in the middle of the surgery, which was ridiculous... I said I was uncomfortable, and they just injected filler into the bent part. But I had also seen a post on the website saying filler was not necessary, and I do not like getting filler, so I did not want it. T_T But after the surgery the dorsal hump looked even worse, and I ended up getting a little filler anyway, but it still is not smooth and still feels like a hump. When I went back a week later for disinfection after surgery, the doctor looked at it and said it was just swelling. Ah... what am I supposed to do?
