I felt frustrated because I was not getting the answers I wanted to the questions I asked. When I asked about the surgical method, I thought I should at least know the basics to prepare myself, but because it was supposedly too secret, they would not tell me. They seemed kind on the surface but were actually unfriendly. I was a little suspicious whether the photo reviews they showed me were real, but if it turns out like that, their skill seems good.
