At some point I developed the habit of constantly furrowing my brow, so even when I was just sitting still I looked stern, and people around me often said I looked angry. A friend's mother said she had had a brow nerve block at Cheongdambyeol, so I got introduced and went there. There were no major side effects, and the explanation was thorough. The surgery did not take long at all, and since my friend's mother had done it, I trusted it and went ahead. I had only a slight bit of residual swelling around the eyelids, but it did not bother me much, so I went straight to work the next day. After doing it, it was definitely strange how even when I wanted to scowl, I could not do it easily. I was thinking of maybe doing it when I got older, but if it stayed like this, I thought it might get worse with age, so I had it done. Not scowling really does make me look gentler. I am planning to take my father there and have it done for him too. They told me to come back in a month for a follow-up.
