The doctor was really kind and great. He also had a professional vibe, and his manner of speaking was gentle. I also liked the lifetime responsibility policy. The manager was also really kind. However, it was hard to say the front desk staff were kind. They quoted 500 just for the functional nose cost after all three functional procedures... Even if insurance reimbursement is possible, it still feels too expensive.
