The staff was completely unfriendly... I went only to get Shurink, but it seemed like they wanted to recommend all sorts of other things, and when it did not work, they got annoyed. The director was kind, and honestly you could probably get Shurink anywhere, but when I got it, there were not many places like that yet. I did not know much, so I went all the way there because I wanted to go to a place I could trust. If it were now, I would be thinking, why bother....
