When I consulted with the director, they drew exactly the line I wanted and explained in detail why I needed to do it, which was good. But at other clinics they said I did not need ptosis correction, and that rather than doing double-line fixation, incisional surgery would be better because scars would remain. Here, they said they would do double-line fixation and ptosis correction, so I am a bit unsure.
